writing that it is in doubt as to who is entitled to the award

(16) thence southeast along South line sixty-six
and 1/10 (66. 1 ) feet thence northeast to a point
on Northline seventy-five (75) feet southeast of
the northwest corner of Lot Sixteen (16) , thence
along north line seventy-five (75) feet to
northwest corner, thence south along west line
of Lot Sixteen (16) , twenty-five (25) feet to
beginning, being part of Lot Sixteen (16),
Block Twenty-nine (29) , Subdivision of Blocks
28 & 29 in Stinson, Brown and Ramseys addition
to Saint Paul;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 182839,
approved May 16, 1957; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said sum of $1, 000. 00,
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for the party or
parties entitled thereto.
