RESOLVED, that Frank T. Huberty be paid the
sum of $1320. 00 out of the Workmen' s Compensation /account
of the General Fund in full settlement of his claim against
the City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of September 29 , 1955 , while in the employ of the
Department of Public Works , whereby he suffered a temporary
total disability until December 2, 1955 , and 10 per cent
permanent partial disability to his back.
