R. Conry Construction Company for a permit to install and operate an employee parkinglot on the property adjacent to the southwest corner of Sylvan and Hyacinth. This property is described as lots 1 through 8 - block 4 - Wifelburg Hills Addition. The zoning is "Light industry" having been reclassified from "B" residence in 'November 1956. The property is presently vacant and has a frontage of 306.5' on Hyacinth: 123.8' on Sylvan. It has a capacity of approximately fifty-nine cars. Field investigation discloses no objection from thle standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic, and the plans have been approved by all affected public agencies.
