WHEREAS, it is necessary to schedule an examination for
the position of "Assistant Traffic Engineer's and
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Bureau has found it impossible
during recent months to establish suitable eligible lists for engineer-
ing classes from among local applicants: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the residence requirements for admission
to examinations as provided in Section 16 of the Civil Service Rules,
are hereby waived for the first examination for "Assistant Traffic
Engineer" to be held following passage of this resolution; date of the
examination to be set at the discretion of the Chief Civil Service
Examiner.
