TIME OF HEARING THEREON

Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 4, Eastville Heights,
from Earl Street to Cypress Street. Also constructing a sewer in an easement obtained
on, under and across the westerly 4 ft. of the easterly 8 ft. of Lot 18, Block 4,
Eastville Heights, from Rose Avenue to the alley in the rear of said lot,
under Preliminary Order 173579 , approved June 14, 1955
Intermediary Order 174419 , approved August 2, 1955
Final Order 174782 , approved August 30, 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 26th
day of June , 19 57 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
