excavation, lay underground Conduit and Cable with necessary
manholes, and Lateral pipes connecting the intersecting
streets and alleys.
On 3rd Street from Johnson Parkway to White Bear Avenue.
On Birmingham from Old Point Douglas Road to Minnehaha.
On Barclay from Wilson to Third Street.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of
Public Works. The Telephone Company, to pay for the cost of
publication incident hereto.
