RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves
the application of the City Comptroller of said City, as submitted to
the County Auditor, for the abatement of the general taxes for 1956
on the following described property, to wit: Lot 6, Block 17, Morints
Enlargement of Lafondts Addition to St. Paul; together with street
oiling and flushing assessment, totaling $96.63, and recommends that
the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said
taxes and assessment.
