Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the D. A, Nelson Construction
Company Incorporated for a permit to reconstruct and ex-
tend an existing filling station adjacent to the northeast
corner of Selby and Fisk. The property is described as
lots 10, 11, 12, 13 - block 5 - Nininger & Donnelly's Addition.
The south 100' of this property is "Commercial" and the re-
mainder is "B" residence.
The property has a frontage of 160' on Selby and extends a
distance of 119' on Fisk. Field investigation discloses no
objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
Moreover, the plans have been approved by all affected public
agencies.
In consideration of these factors, the Zoning Board recommends
that the permit be granted in accordance with the applicant' s
plans approved March 21, 1957.
