The property is described as lots 10, 11, 12, 13 - block 5 - Nininger & Donnelly's Addition. The south 100' of this property is "Commercial" and the re- mainder is "B" residence. The property has a frontage of 160' on Selby and extends a distance of 119' on Fisk. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic. Moreover, the plans have been approved by all affected public agencies.
