WHEREAS, The Village of North St. Paul has made application for extending
its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance No. 10080, C. F. 163726
approved May 13, 1953, and has submitted plans and specifications for said work,
and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved by the Commissioner
and Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works at the City of St. Paul ;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve the plans and
specifications as submitted for the following sanitary sewer extension in North
St. Paul :
Plan dated May 15, 1957 - 19th Avenue N. E. from Reardon Place to a point
about 200 feet east of the centerline of Reardon Place.
And the Village of North St. Paul be and it is herein authorized to proceed
with the construction of said sanitary sewer in accordance with said plans and
specifications. --

RESOLUTION NO. 57040 ?,
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on May 6, 1957,
the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improve-
ment of 19th Avenue NE between Reardon Place and alley abutting Lot 6, Block
2, Castle Addition, by construction of sewer and water mains, and has pre-
sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval, and.
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of such improvement does not exceed $5000.00
NOW TH R 'FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of North St. Paul,
Minnesota:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto marked
Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof by reference are hereby approved.
2. The Village Manager shall proceed under the direction of the Council, as
given from time to time, to carry on all work in connection with such
improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications herein approved.
Adopted by the Council this 6th day of May 1957, upon motion by Groos,
seconded by Seppala.
