north 652.75 feet of Northeast 1/4 of Northwest
1/4 of Section 23, Township 29, Range 22 which
lies within a strip of land, 60 feet in width,
the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning on the south line of the north 1/ 2 of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
23, Township 29, Range 22, 584. 3 feet west of the
east line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 23,
Township 29, Range 22; thence in a northeasterly
direction to a point which is 330 feet west of
the east line of the northwest 1/ 4 of Section 23,
Township 29, Range 22, and 630 feet south of the
north line of Section 23, Township 29, Range 22,
Unplatted;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 170582,
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said sum of $19.60,
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for the party
or parties entitled thereto.
