WHEREAS, on the 10th day of March, 1955, the City of Saint
Paul entered into a lease agreement with Kay Todd, said lease calling
for the City to rent Block 16, Como Prospect Addition, for a dumping
site; and
WHEREAS, the City agreed to pay to Kay Todd as rent an amount
equal to the taxes for each year and said taxes for the year 1956 are
119.20; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller hereby is authorized to
pay to the Ramsey County Treasurer the amount of "".9.20 out of the
City Dump Fund, Code 13—G2.
