RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 169.11+, Subdivi-
sion 5, of the Minnesota Motor Vehicle and Traffic Laws, the
Council of the City of St. Paul hereby requests the Commissioner
of the Minnesota Department of Highways to determine the maximum
safe speeds on the following street or portion thereof:
Carver Avenue from Point Douglas Road to McKnight Road (formerly
East Avenue).
and to authorize the City of St. Paul to revise existing speed
zones in accordance with the findings of the Commissioner of
Highways.
