January 24, 1957, and Final Order 182049 approved March 26, 1957.
RESI;'LVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted
for the above improvement, be and the same are hereby approved and
the Commissioner of Public ;forks, be and he is hereby directed to
place the gravel and do the filing by City Forces at an estimated cost
of $12,030.00, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the
necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 2Zrchasing Agent be and he is
hereby directed to obtain bids for the grading work on this improvement,
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement,
including engineering and inspection expenses amounting to 41744.00,
or a total of $13,774.00, plus the cost of grading, be assessed
against the benefitted property.
