bituminous material the alley in Block 7, Watts Park, from Howard
0 St. to Winthrop St., under Preliminary Order 181075 approved
January 15, 1957, and Final Order 181830 approved March 12, 1957.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as
submitted for the above named improvement, be and the same are
hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public vorks be and he
is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of $2645.00
by City Forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure
the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above
improvement, including engineering and inspection expenses amounting
to $351.00, or a total estimated cost of $2996.00, be assessed
against the benefitted property.
