COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the erection of eight street
lighting standards, fixtures and all conduit, wire and other devices on Lexington
Avenue in Como Park, near the Lake Pavilion, St. Paul, Minnesota, to COMMONWEALTH
ELECTRIC COMPANY in accordance with City plan and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6369 of said Commonwealth Electric Company for the
contract price of $6943.00, such bid being the lowest and said Commonwealth
Electric Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the Proper City Officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
