division of Block 81, Lyman Dayton' s Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, also described as 906 Conway Street, in Saint Paul, and wreck
and remove the 1.-.-1 story frame dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

Under date of April 29, 1957, a copy of C. F. 182430, adopt-
ed by the Council on April 23, 1957, and approved by the May-
or on the same date , pertaining to the wrecking and removal
of the one and one half story frame dwelling on Lot 9, J. E.
Ransom's Subdivision of Block 81 , Lyman Dayton's Addition,
also known as 906 Conway Street, as published in the offi-
cial paper was mailed to H. V. Higley, Adm. , Veterans Affairs ,
Washington, D. C. , with copies to Wm. Clapp, Agt. V. A. , 605
Minnesota Building , St. Paul , Minnesota ; W. E. Wortman, Vets
Adm. , Ft. Snelling , Minnesota ; and Peter S. Rask, V. A. Region-
al Office , Ft. Snelling , Minnesota .
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks , Playgrounds And Pub-
lic Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove
the building thereon and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life , limb, and adjoining
property.
