Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon Lot 12, Block 1, Donnelly' s
Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as 967
Rondo Avenue, in Saint Paul, and wreck and remove concrete block and
frame barn on the rear of said lot, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.

ed by the Council April 23, 1957 , and approved by the Mayor
on the same date , pertaining to the wrecking and removal of
the concrete block and frame barn on the rear of the Lot 12,
Block 1 , Donnelly's Addition, also known as 967 Rondo Ave-
nue , St. Paul , Minnesota , as published in the official paper
was mailed to Anna E. Conter, c/o Martha A. Monleif , 2823
Robbins Avenue , Minneapolis 2; E. A. Conter, M. B. Conter,
and Wm. A. Conter c/o Shakopee Lime Cement Manufacturing
Company, St. Paul 2; Mr. Ray Allard, Atty. , 510-2 Endicott
Building , St. Paul 1; Atty. General, State of Minnesota ;
Commissioner of Taxation, 209 State Office Building ; Len
Seamer, Land Commissioner's Office , 286 City Hall; and Mrs.
D. D. DeCourcy, Land Commissioner, 113 City Hall.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the barn has not been remov-
ed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will
authorize the Commissioner of Parks , Playgrounds And Public
Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the
building thereon and to do any and all things therein neces-
sary for the protection of life , limb, and adjoining property.
