1 WI:EREAS, on 7uly l, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-710, said
2 Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring
3 fees re-invoiced in March 2009 (File No. VB0903, Assessment No. 8657); and

5 WHEREAS, the properties on the attached list aze for the collection of delinquent vacant building
6 monitoring fees in the amount of $1,070; and
7
8 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as they were made in
9 error.

11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessments for the attached list of properties
12 be deleted,plus any accrued interest.
