OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY / �/171 'C�I�-iC C L © 7 COMMISSIONER ` DATE 16, 195 WHEREAS, In connection with the paving and improving of Shepard Road from Wilkin Street to James Avenue, under Final Order C. F. No. 181955 approved March 19, 1957, it is necessary to con- struct and maintain a traffic detour roadway between Elm Street and James Avenue during the period of construction, said detour to follow Hill and McMillan Streets and to cross the property of the Northern States Power Company, the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, and the W. H. Barber Company; therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is herein authorized to improve the existing roadway on McMillan and Hill Streets and to construct a new roadway across the property of the Northern States Power Company, the Chicago and North Western Railway Company and the W. H. Barber Company, together with temporary lighting where required, said work to be done pursuant to the speci- fications of the Department of Public Works at an estimated cost of $19,000, said cost to be charged to Bond Fund 200 - Project #ST-4.
