WHEREAS, it is necessary to schedule examinations for the
positions of "Junior City Planner; "Assistant City Planner", and
"Senior City Planner" and
WHEREAS, it is highly unlikely that a sufficient list can be
established from among residents of the City of St. Paul: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the residence requirements for admission to
examinations as provided in Section 16 of the Civil Service Rules, are
hereby waived for the first examinations for "Junior City Planner, "
"Assistant City Planner", and "Senior City Planner" to be held following
passage of this resolution; date of the examinations to be set at the
discretion of the Chief Civil Service Examiner.
