WHEREAS, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has
certified in writing that it is in doubt as to who is entitled
to the award of damages, in the amount of $150. 00, for the
taking of the following:
A temporary easement of 20 feet in width for
construction purposes in Block 1, Morton ' s
Addition, said easement being across the south-
easterly 20 feet of the right-of-way of the
Wisconsin Central Railroad (being a part of the
Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault St. Marie Railway
System) southwest of tie south line of Hoyt Avenue
extended west, and northeast of a line extended
north, being 40 feet west of the east line of Lot
27, Block 1, Morton ' s Addition;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said sum of $150.00
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Cbk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minesota, for the party or
parties entitled thereto_

said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 181016,
approved January 9, 1957.
