' . _ X( COMMISSIONERID f' zd-r �� DATE WHEREAS, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has certified in writing that it is in doubt as to who is entitled to the award of damages, in the amount of $150. 00, for the taking of the following: A temporary easement of 20 feet in width for construction purposes in Block 1, Morton ' s Addition, said easement being across the south- easterly 20 feet of the right-of-way of the Wisconsin Central Railroad (being a part of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault St. Marie Railway System) southwest of tie south line of Hoyt Avenue extended west, and northeast of a line extended north, being 40 feet west of the east line of Lot 27, Block 1, Morton ' s Addition; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said sum of $150.00 payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Cbk of District Court, Second Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minesota, for the party or parties entitled thereto_ Council File No. 182846—By Frank D.
