WHEREAS, Charles F. Wheeler, 517 Selby Avenue, has made
application for license as House Sewer Contractor, and
WHEREAS, Charles F. Wheeler, has signed an affidavit that
he has been a Licensed Master Plumber of the City of St.Paul,
Ramsey County, for the last three years, and that he has been
a resident of the City of St.Paul, Ramsey County, for the
last six months, and
WHEREAS, Charles F. Wheeler, has filed a bond in accordance
with Ordinance No.7661; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a license as House Sewer Contractor be
hereby granted the said Charles F. Wheeler subject to the
provisions of said ordinance, and the Commissioner of Public
Works is hereby instructed to issue said license upon payment into the
City Treasury of the required fee.
