sioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota for a con-
veyance to the City of St. Paul, under the terms of MSA
282.01, Sub. 1, of the following described tax-forfeited
land, to-wit:
Lots A and B, Block 1, Buckhouts Rearrangement
of Lots 25, 26, 27, 46, 47 & 48 of Block 12 and
Lots 31, 32, & 33 of Block 17 of Stinson Brown
and Ramsey's Addition to Saint Paul Ramsey County,
Minnesota,
for alley purposes.
