RESOLVED, That the Council hereby. approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of a Parking Lot for the Public
Safety Building, located at Robert, Tenth and Eleventh Streets, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
to ARMOR-COAT FINISHING COMPANY, INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6500 of said Armor-Coat Finishing Company, Inc.
for the contract price of $5,632.00, such bid being the lowest and said Armor-Coat
Finishing Company, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
