Lane's Phalen Grove Addition to Ivy Avenue in an easement on the westerly
four (4) feet of the easterly six (6) feet of Lot 26, Block 8, Lane's
Phalen Grove Addition, under Preliminary Order C. F. 181521 approved
February 15, 1957, and Final Order C. F. 182640 approved May 7, 1957.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and
the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
