the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber
of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock
A. M. on 27th day of August 1957, upon the advisability and
necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking
and removal of the single-family dwelling on the north 36 feet
of the south 72 feet of Lot 6, Block 9, Town of Brooklynd,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described
as 121 Minnetonka Street, because said structure is reported
to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
An inspection has been made of the single family dwelling
at 121 Minnetonka Street, described as North 36 feet of
South 72 feet of Lot 6, Block 9, Town of Brooklynd.
This building is approximately 49 by 20 by 18. It is dil-
apidated, vacant, a fire and health menace. It should be
wrecked and removed. Danger Notices have been posted,
and the owner LeRoy Belden and A. H. Fremland have been
notified of its condition.
Kindly institute condemnation proceedings in accordance
with Section 107.2 of the building code, by setting a
hearing dace.
