Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen: An inspection has been made of the single family dwelling at 121 Minnetonka Street, described as North 36 feet of South 72 feet of Lot 6, Block 9, Town of Brooklynd. This building is approximately 49 by 20 by 18. It is dil- apidated, vacant, a fire and health menace. It should be wrecked and removed. Danger Notices have been posted, and the owner LeRoy Belden and A. H. Fremland have been notified of its condition.
