In the matter of changing the grade cif alley in Bloc 3, Bryant's Park
Addition No.4, and alley in Block 2, Bryant's Park Addition No.3, from
Oxford St. to a point 460 ft. west of Oxford St. to conform to the grade as
shown on the profile on file in the Department of Public Works; also the
grading of the alley in Block 3, Bryant' . Park Addition No.4 and alley in
Block 2, Bryant's Park Addition No.3, from Oxford St. to Lexington Parkway
to the proposed change of grade; also constructing a sewer in the alley from
a point 60 ft. west cf Oxford St. to the center of Oxford St., thence north
along the center line of Oxford St. to the existing sewer in Linwood Place,
under Preliminary Order 180511 approved November 27, 1956, and Final Order
181636 approved March 5, 1957.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvements, be and the same are herebyPigvThe Commissioner of Public
Works be and he is hereby directea to do the wcrk at an estimated cost of
$5148.00 by City Forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure
the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvements, including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $397.00„ or a total of
5545.00, be assessed against the benefitted property.
