In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
North and South alley in Dorn's Subdivision, from the East and West alley
to Orange Ave.; also constructing a sewer from the alley to the sewer in
Galtier St. in an easement to be obtained on the northerly 4 ft. of the
southerly 6 ft. of Lot 7, Dorn's Subdivision, under Preliminary Order
180795 approved December 18, 1956, and Final Order 181633 approved
March 27, 1957.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvements, be and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an estimated
cost of 33,667.00 by City Forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvements, including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to 3395.00, or a total of
34,062.00, be assessed against the benefitted property.
