Statutes 1941, and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel
of a release approved by him, Glen Dennis Sanft be paid $50.00
out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, in full payment of
damages sustained to his automobile in accident involving
a police car driven by R. J. Minogue, on December 21, 1954,
while in the performance of his official duties as a police
officer.
