RESOLVED, that Richard A. Gelbmann be paid the sum of
$1155.00 out of the Workman' s Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of February 10, 1955 , while in the employ of the
Department of Public Works , whereby he suffered a temporary
total disability until March 1, 1955 , and 10 per cent
permanent partial disability to his back.
