WHEREA , under authority of C. F. 181740 there has
been made and there is subsisting an Agreement between the City
of Saint Paul and the Northern Pacific Railway Company for
certain specified repairs to the Earl Street Bride amd for the
apportionment of the burden of the cost thereof between the City
and the Railway Company equally, each to bear 50 percent of the
same, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the subject repair is
$22,370.00; therefore, be it
RESOLVET, that the Cityts share of such subject repairs
be charged to the Bridge Building Revolving Fund, Code No.1061,
said fund to be reimbursed by payments from City Fund, Code 31-El,
and from payments to be made by said Railway Company, all conformably
to the applicable provisions of said Agreement.
