An ordinance granting permission to Emil B?.! }'
to connect his homestead at 1935 East Larpenteur Avenue,
Village of Maplewood, the same being all that tract or
parcel of land in the County of Ramsey and State of
Minnesota, described more particularly as follows:
The East 100 feet of the West 400 feet of the south
150 feet of the SE+ of the SW* of Section 14, Township
29, Range 22N; to the sewer system of the City of Saint
Paul, for the disposal of sanitary sewage, and regulating
the conditions thereof. This is an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health, and safety.
UdE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That -permission is hereby given to Emil Bly to connect
his homestead at 1935 East Larpenteur Avenue, Village of Maplewood, the same
being all that tract or parcel of land in the County of Ramsey and State of
Minnesota, described more narticularly as follows: The East 100 feet of the
West 400 feet of the south 150 feet of the SE* of the SW4 of Section 14,
Township 29, Ranne 22N, with the existing sewer of the City of Saint Paul,
upon the following conditions:
1. Said rermittee or his successors in interest in respect to
said real estate shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the sum of :x:5.00 per
frontage foot of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage of 100 feet,
said sum to be in lieu of special assessments and taxes on account of the
sewer service, and upon payment of said sum, said permittee or his successor
in interest in respect of said real estate shall be granted a permit to
construct, maintain, and operate a sewer connection connecting said premises
with the public sewer, representing an extension of the public sewer system
of the City of Saint Paul in East Larpenteur Avenue along the line of the
�\ same, for the drainage of sanitary sewage from said premises and. the disposi-
\. tion of same, through the public sewer system of said City of Saint Paul.
\ , 2. Permittee or his successors shall, within 9O days froth the
N passage of this ordinance, file a. written acceptance thereof, specifically
agreeing to all the provisions, terms, and. conditions herein, and. upon com-
pliance therewith the Commissioner of. Public Yorks is hereby authorized to
issue a permit for said sewer extension, subject expressly to the provisions
of this ordinance and Ordinance No. 8831, as amended, Sections 6 through 14.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health,
and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon
its passage, approval, and publication.

upon the following conditions:
1. Said permittee or his successors in interest in respect to
said real setrte shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the sum of : 5.00 per
frontage foot of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage of 100 feet,
said sum to be in lieu of special aeeessments and taxes on account of the
sewer service, and upon payment of arid sum, avid permittee or his successor
in interest in respect of said real estate shell be granted a permit to
construct, maintein, and operate a seer connection connecting arid premises
