Presented
WHEREAS, May 2, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-551,
said Resolution beuig the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
monitoring fees re-invoiced in October 2008 (File No. VB0902, Assessment No. 8635); and
WHEREAS, the properry at 48 Wnufred Avenue West, being described as:
WEST ST PAUL BLKS 1 THRU 99 EX E 92 FT LOTS 9 AND LOT 10 BLK 79
9 with the property identification number 07-28-22-11-0151 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
10 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interests.
