and in Iowa Ave. from 335 ft. west of Park St. to 415 ft. east of Park St. -- all of
which iS to be known as the PARK-IOWA SEWER SYSTEM,
under Preliminary Order 182497 approved

A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is construct a sewer from the existing sewer in
Nebraska Ave. (vacated) to Montana Ave. in a 20 ft. wide easement (to be obtained),
the center line of said easement (to be obtained) being the center line of Park St.
(vacated); in Park St. from Montana Ave. to 166 ft. north of Iowa Ave.; in Montana
Ave. from Park St. to Sylvan St.; in Hoyt Ave. from 335 ft. west of Park St. to 455 ft.
east of Park St.; and in Iowa Ave. from 335 ft. west of Park St. to 415 ft. east of
Park St. -- all of which is to be known as the PARK-IOWA SEWER SYSTEM,
and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
