1 WfIEREAS, on May 6, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-499,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from
3 December 31 to January 14, 2009 (File No. J0901A, Assessment No. 8626); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 1738 University Avenue West, being described as:

7 HOWARD PARK W 1/2 OF LOT 18 E 1/2 OF LOT 20 AND ALL OF LOT 19;
9 with the property identification number 33-29-23-42-0011 was assessed an amount of $235.00 for property
10 clean up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the property owner
13 did not receive proper legal notification.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEA, that the reduction of $235.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-499 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
