under Preliminary Order 182881 , approved May 16, 1957 ,
Intermediary Order 183473 , approved June 25, 1957 ,
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it

Ave. , to the extent shown on e plan on file in the office of the Commiss oner of
Public Works.

directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, a d the proper city officials are ereby

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the prelimin-
ary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 182881 approved
May 16, 1957 , relative to _
condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills
in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Lots 1-30,
Danforth Park, from Arlington Ave. to Nebraska Ave.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable.
