additional electrical equipment in connection with the
mechanical equipment specified, this work having been
requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-662 was awarded to the M. E. Souther
Construction Company for Remodeling of the Fifth Floor in
the Court House, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it
has been found necessary to install additional electrical
equipment in connection with the mechanical equipment
specified, and negotiations have been conducted with the
contractor who agrees to make this additional electrical
installation for the extra amount of $144.00 which is a
reasonable sum for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize an extra in the amount
of $144.00 to contract number G-662 to cover the above described.
