WHEREAS: The Northwestern Bell Telephone Company made applications E-2900, 2903 and
2904 for Foodstuff—Pending Machine Location Licenses at 308 Wabasha Street,
(Garage) 10th and Broadway Streets, slnd (Garage) 524 Selby Avenue in error
as they are properly licensed at each of these locations, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the prcper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company the total fees of $ 18.00 and
to cancel each of the said applications for licenses.
