COMMISSIONER DlITF
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves
the application of the Mayor of said City, as submitted to the County
Auditor, for the abatement of the first half of the general taxes for
1955 on the following described property, to wit:
Subj. to and with easements; the Southwesterly 72.68 ft.
of following: Southeasterly 1/3 of Lots 5 and 6 and North-
westerly 1/3 of Lots 7 and 8, Block 8, Bazil and Guerin's
Addition,
together with street oiling and flushing assessment totaling 52,377.10,
and the 1956 general taxes together with street oiling and flushing
assessment amounting to $5,275.25, and recommends that the Commissioner
of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said taxes.
