THE AWARD OF DAMAGES
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement for the ,purpose of constructing___
and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the northerly 4 p. of the
southerly 6 ft. of Lot 21, Block 65, St. Anthony Park, from Bayless lethe alley
in the rear of said lot.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on a strip
of land 8 ft. in width on the north side of the above easement and the southerly 2 ft.
of'Lot 21, and the northerly 6 ft. of Lot 20 in said Block 65, St. Anthony Park,
from Bayless Ave. to the alley in Block 65, St. Anthony Park,
under Preliminary Order 182040 , approved March 22,_. 1957

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 14th day
of August , 19-57.-__, at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
