Lots 1 and 2, Block 5 , College Park Addition, in agcordance
with applicant' s plans filed May 24, 1957, and subject to the
condition that sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean
and free of ice and snow at all times.

This is in the matter of the application of the G & K
Corporation for permit to install and operate a drive-in
dry cleaning and laundry pick-up station on the NW corner
of Iglehart an Snelling. The property under consideration
is described a follows: All of lot 3 except the N. 20'
thereof and to s 1 & 2 - block 5 - College Park Addition
to the City of St. Paul having a frontage on Snelling Ave.
of approximately 112.25' and being approximately 120' in
depth. The zo ing is "light industry."
The property iS presently vacant. It has a frontage of
112.25' on neiling and 120' on Iglehart.
The applicant' plans filed May 24, 1957 meet existing
standards and 'n view of the commercial development to
the north and he surrounding area, the Zoning Board finds
no objection f om the standpoint of traffic and land use.
The applicant' plans have been cleared by the State High-
way Department and the Traffic Engineer. The parking lot
will have a ca acity of approximately 20 cars.
In view of the.e considerations, the Zoning Board recommends
this permit be granted in accordance with the applicant's
plans filed Ma, 24, 1957. .
