This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres- ervation of tha public peace, health and safety", Approved Decem er 30, 1937, as amended. This is an emergency ordinance rend red necessary for the preservation of the pub- lic peace, hea th and safety. The Counc 1 of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain: Section 1 . That Ordinance No. 7881 , approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended, by strik- ing out of Section 68, thereof, the following: 01/ "No vehicle sill be left standing on the west side of White Bear Avenue from Stillwater Avenue to Margaret Street". "No vehicle sh.11 be left standing on the west side of White Bear Avenue from Stillwater Avenue to the bridge of the St. Paul , Minneapo is and Omaha Railroad". "Between the hours of 1 :30 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. on Mondays, Wednes- days and Frida s no vehicle shall be left standing on the fol- lowing streets Both sides of ackson Street between Tenth Street and Twelfth Street". and by adding o Section 68, the following: "Between the hours of 1 :30 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. on Mondays, Wednes- days days and Frida s no vehicle shall be left standing on the fol- lowing streets ' Both sides of ackson Street between Tenth Street and Twelfth Street". Section 2. This ordi ance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordi- nance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health =nd safety. Section 3. This ordi ance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, appro al and publication.
