The property is pr:sently vacant and has a frontage of 100' on Brook- line and extends t• a depth of 205' - this property is over 100' above Point Douglas Road hich is to the west . The property slopes to the west . The present buildin_ line is some 41' back from Brookline. The appli- cants propose a building line of 30' which gives better opportunity to develop this sit- for residential purposes. The zoning Board fe-ls that the granting of this appeal will facilitate the highest and bes development of the property for residential pur- poses and will be i accordance with the intent and purpose of the Zon- ing Ordinance in ca rying out the public interests. The Zoning Board further finds that his proposal in no way affects the rights and interests of adjacent property owners.
