An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7881 , entitled: "An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding, driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. That Ordinance No. 7881 , approved December 30, 1931, as amended, be a d the same is hereby further amended by adding to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (3) , thereof, the following: "Between the h urs of 8:00 A.M. and 66:00 P.M. no person shall at any time park a motor vehicle for a period longer than fifteen (15) minutes on the north side of West Seventh Street from Dousman S reet to Banfil Street". and by adding to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (5) , thereof the following: "Both sides of Cleveland Avenue between Ford Parkway and Highland Parkw y". and by deletin from Section 85, Sub-section (a) (5) , thereof the following: \ \--N\ "East side of Wabasha Street from Indiana Avenue to Fairfield .- � Avenue".
