An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7881 , entitled:
"An ordinance regulating and controlling traffic, riding,
driving and travel in the streets of the City of St. Paul and
providing punishment for the violation thereof, and repealing
all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the pres-
ervation of the public peace, health and safety",

The Coun it of the City of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1 .
That Ordinance No. 7881 , approved December 30, 1931, as
amended, be a d the same is hereby further amended by adding
to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (3) , thereof, the following:
"Between the h urs of 8:00 A.M. and 66:00 P.M. no person shall
at any time park a motor vehicle for a period longer than
fifteen (15) minutes on the north side of West Seventh Street
from Dousman S reet to Banfil Street".
and by adding to Section 85, Sub-section (a) (5) , thereof the
following:
"Both sides of Cleveland Avenue between Ford Parkway and
Highland Parkw y".
and by deletin from Section 85, Sub-section (a) (5) , thereof
the following:

and by adding o Section 85, Sub-section (a) (4) , thereof, the

Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub-
lic peace, health and safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its
passage and publication.
