Gotzian's Rearrangement of Sigel's Addition, from Johnson Parkway to Atlantic Street, under Preliminary Order , approved March 28 1 956 Intermediary Order 1 '0 , approved May 9, 1956 Final Order 178170 _, approved June 6, 1956 To the Council of the City of St. Paul: The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports to the Council the following as a statement of the ex- penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improvement, viz: Cost of construction. $ 2,663,80 Engineering $ 290.00 Inspection fees $ Postal cards. $ 1.32 -_ Publications $ 9.90 Court costs for confirmation $ 3.30 Total expenditures $ 2,968.32 Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascer- tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 2 "68. 2 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed benefited by the said improvement and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits conferred thereon; th.t the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached, identified by the signature of the s.id Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered proper. /),,, �J e /�' Commissioner of ine. 2M 12-52 '' 8
