THE AWARD OF DAMAGES
In the matter of _Partially •pening, widening and extending the proposed Northern Route
by condemning and taking he following described lot: Lot 11, Block 3, Hersey Woolsey
Addition
under Preliminary Order 18;949 , approved July 31, 1957
Intermediary Order 18 165 , approved August 1)4, 1957
Final Order 18 73 approved September 10, 1957
The Commissioner of Finan e having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also .aving submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said asse::ment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a pu clic hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages m:de by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chambe , in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 16th day
of October , 19 57 , at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to gi e notice offs id homJ ing as prescribed by the Charter.
