Emergency garbage pickup (September 21, 1957) Taking care of complaints at city yards Drawing plans & specifications for grading & paving jobs Mimeographing grade profiles & revising house numbers Servicing municipal equipment Making up sidewalk assessments Inspecting city improvement jobs Completing payroll work And WHEREAS, This emergency a l ose by reason of the following facts and circumstances : Necessity of answering a 1 emergency repair calls, keeping city streets free from debris, keeping firs at Asphalt Plant continuously, picking up garbage, taking care of complaint- at city yards, completing plans & specifications for grading & paving job- , need for grade profiles and house numbers, completing sidewalk assessments, keeping city equipment in good running condition, inspecting work done by 4ontractors on street & sidewalk work, and completing payroll work.
