Dear Sir :
Contract Numbe L-5738-B was awarded to the Peoples Electric
Company for Electrilal Work in Connection with the Construction
of the Public Healt Center Building.
During the cou se of the work under this contract it was
found necessary to aloe a modification relative to the public
telephone, and at tie request of the Commissioner of Public Safety,
negotiations have b-en conducted with the Contractor who agrees
to make this modification for the additional sum of $77.00 which
is a reasonable amo nt for the labor and material involved.
It is therefor- requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council which will authorize an addition to contract number
L-5738-B, said addi ion in the amount of $77.00 and to cover the
above-described cha ge.
