Fifth St. and Olive. The property under consideration is described as Lots 5 & 6, Block 42, Kittson's Addition. The zoning is Heavy Industry. The property is presently vacant and has a frontage of 100 ft. on E. Fifth St. a d 88 ft. on Olive. The applicants propose to develop the si a as an employee parking lot in connection with their manuf a turfing business. The lot will have a capacity of 27 cars. The design standa s pertaining to off-street parking lots have been complied with. The parking facility will be served by two driveways from Oli e St. The property is satisfactorily enclosed for the protection of adjoining public and private property. The lay-out and op ration of this facility have been approved by the Traffic Engine r. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoin of adjacent land use.
