WHEREAS, Under .:nd pursuant to Ordinance No. 11012, approved
June 4, 1957, tie Car Allowance Committee, provided for in
said Section 2, has reported to the Council its findings and
recommendations in a letter dated September 13, 1957, and
WHEREAS , The Council has made a study of the said report and
recommendation of the Car Allowance Committee , now therefore
be it
RESOLVED, By th Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
following emplo ees listed below, in each of the city depart-
ments or bureau set out, shall be entitled to and receive
the basic milea.e allowance provided for in Ordinance No. 11012,
Section 1, effective September 1, 1957, subject to the maximum
set out opposite the name of said employee, as listed herein,
pursuant to the .rovisions of said Section 1 relative to the
maximum provided for car allowance for employees .

182872, the Car Mileage Allowance Committee has passed on
certain request. received from Department heads for the placing
of certain indi iduals on the basic car allowance plus mileage
as authorized i the ordinance and resolution.

the maximums to be paid under the basic car allowance or Plan
